Feldenkrais® & Yoga Classes 2019

Feldy Yoga  classes  recommencing week starting 14th January

 The holiday period and start of a New year offers us the opportunity to take time out, to slow down, to reflect and to come back to more simple and enjoyable ways of being. Often I find it is in the appreciation of the small simple things that delight us the most.  The challenge is to bring this to our practice, to find the lightness enjoyment and delight in what we are doing so that we are happy to be present with ourselves. We can then begin to translate this appreciation for simple things and ways into our busier more active working lives.

For this 4 week term, we will be discovering ways to activate and engage the pelvic floor more efficiently – this will help us to bring an easier way of moving into being, and provide ways to help us sustain our vitality. Each class includes a selected blend of Asanas (physical posture and movement), Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement sequences (ATM),  Pranayama (breath awareness), meditation and/or Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation).

Friday 11am -12.15pm – mixed level (75min)
Starts 15 January  – 5th February
4 weeks – $68

Re starts  8th March – 12th April $102 ( 6weeks)

 

At the Tara Centre (19 Bunyan St, Waltham)

Mixed Level Feldy  Yoga
Tuesday 5.30 – 7 pm (90 min)
Starts 18th January  – 8th February  $70 ( 4weeks)

Restarts;

26th Feb – 9th April $120 (7 weeks)
