Christchurch Winter Classes for 2023

Kia ora koutou,

This upcoming series of classes will harness the subtle power of gentle, rhythmic movements. The beauty of Feldenkrais lies in its delicate approach to healing and wellness, treating our bodies with kindness and respect as we navigate and flow through each series of movement. This term, we aim to tune into the rhythm of our bodies, nourishing our joints and muscles with movements that not only heal, but also provide warmth and vitality.
